Track your letter after sending

Follow your letter from the moment you send it. Use your Order ID and email to check your status anytime — no account or login required.


We know waiting on an important letter can be stressful. The good news: you can check exactly where your order is at any time, without creating an account or logging in. All you need is your Order ID and the email you used when you placed it.

Track your letter in under a minute

You don't need a password or an account to see your order status. The public tracker works for everyone, including first-time senders.

Step by step

    Go to the tracking page

    Open the track your order page. This is where you'll check the status of any letter you've sent.

    Enter your Order ID

    Type in the Order ID for the letter you want to follow. You'll find it in your order confirmation email, shown as a ID like ABC-123,

    Enter your email

    Use the same email address you entered when you placed the order. This confirms the order is yours and keeps your information private.

    Complete the quick security check

    Tick the short verification box. This protects your order details from automated bots and only takes a second.

    View your status

    Your order's progress appears right away, with a simple bar showing how far along it is and a short message explaining what's happening next.

What each status means

Your letter moves through three stages. The progress bar fills in as it goes, so you always know where it stands.

Order PlacedWe've received your order and will review and process it shortly.
In ProgressYour letter is being printed and prepared for mailing.
CompletedYour letter has been mailed and is on its way to the recipient.

If an order is ever cancelled, you'll see a Cancelled status instead. If you didn't request that and aren't sure why, contact our support team and we'll explain what happened.

Follow your letter all the way to the mailbox

Once your order reaches Completed, a Track button appears if your letter was sent with a tracking number. Select it to follow your letter the rest of the way to the recipient through the carrier's tracking page.

Not every letter includes carrier tracking: it's available on express and registered mail. If you don't see a Track button, your letter has still been mailed; it simply doesn't carry a scannable tracking number.

Where to find your Order ID

Your Order ID is in the confirmation email we sent right after you placed your order. Search your inbox for that email, or check your spam folder if it didn't arrive. Keep that email handy — it's the quickest way back to your order status.

Can't find your order?

If the tracker says it can't find your order, it's almost always one of two things:

  • The Order ID doesn't match. Double-check the number against your confirmation email and leave out any extra spaces.
  • The email doesn't match. Enter the exact address you used at checkout. If you have more than one email, try the others.
