We print and mail your letter within 1-3 business days. From there, Canada Post typically delivers within 2-5 business days inside Canada, 5-10 business days to the United States, and 1-3 weeks internationally. Express orders are prioritized and handled faster by the carrier.
Yes! Once your order is placed, you can track its processing status on our tracking page at any time. There you'll also be able to get the tracking link for the carrier for Registered and Express orders.
We only accept PDF files. Make sure your document is formatted exactly how you want it printed, and that it's not password-protected.
Absolutely. Your letter is only accessed for revieweing and printing. It's automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. We never share your documents with third parties.
